Website builds on GoHighLevel

A website that does more than look good. It helps people book.

A done-for-you website with your forms, booking, CRM, and follow-up emails built in, for B2B and high-ticket service businesses that need a clear path from interest to inquiry.

After launch, I look after it on a monthly care plan, so it stays current, tracked, and working.

The problem

Most service websites aren't broken. They're unclear.

They list your services, mention your experience, and tell people to contact you. They don't make it easy for the right person to understand what you do, who it's for, why it matters, and what to do next.

And when someone does fill out the form, the inquiry lands in an inbox and waits. A website should move someone from curious to booked, and then make sure they hear back.

What's included in the build

The core setup most service businesses need before anything else.

Get this right first. Ads, content, and SEO all work better on a site that already converts.

Home page

On brand, with clear messaging, trust signals, and one obvious next step.

About page

Who you are, who you help, and why your work matters.

Services overview

Your main services explained without overwhelming anyone.

Up to 3 service pages

Individual pages for your key offers, built for clarity and search.

Contact page

A clear way to reach you or book time.

Forms and booking

Your form or calendar connected to the CRM and the right next step.

Welcome email sequence

3 to 5 emails that follow up with new leads automatically.

Simple pipeline

Every inquiry tracked from first contact to booked, so nothing disappears in an inbox.

Baseline SEO

Page titles, descriptions, headings, and structure set up properly on every page.

After launch

A monthly care plan, so the site keeps working.

Most websites are finished on launch day and slowly go out of date. The care plan keeps yours current, and you have one person to call when something needs to change.

GoHighLevel subscription and hosting are included in the plan.

  • Hosting and your GoHighLevel account, managed for you
  • Content updates, new pages, and seasonal changes
  • Forms, booking, and follow-up emails checked and kept working
  • GA4 and tracking monitored, with a short monthly report
  • Developers or IT brought in if something technical needs fixing
  • One point of contact: me

How a build runs

From kickoff to launch in four steps.

  1. STEP 1

    Clarify the foundation

Who you serve, what you offer, and what someone needs to believe before they book.

  2. STEP 2

    Write and design

Page copy and layout built around one clear next step on every page.

  3. STEP 3

    Connect the system

Forms, booking, pipeline, welcome emails, tracking, and SEO set up and tested.

  4. STEP 4

    Launch and hand over

A walkthrough of how everything works, then the care plan takes over.

Fit

This isn't for everyone. That's the point.

This is a fit if:

  • You're a B2B company where each client is worth $10,000 or more, or a high-ticket service business with average sales of $1,500 or more.
  • You need a site that clearly explains who you help and what you offer.
  • You want inquiries tracked and followed up automatically, not left in an inbox.
  • You'd rather have one person look after the site than manage it yourself.

This is not a fit if:

  • You don't have a clear service, offer, or business model yet.
  • You need a full brand identity or logo from scratch first. I can bring in a specialist for that as a separate project.
  • You want to build on WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.
  • You want to manage every change yourself after launch.

Questions

Website FAQs.

Why only GoHighLevel?

Because the website is only half the job. GoHighLevel puts your site, forms, booking calendar, CRM, and follow-up emails in one place, so inquiries don't fall between tools. Building on one platform also means I can support it properly after launch.

Do I own my website?

You own your domain, your content, your images, and your contact list. The site runs on GoHighLevel, so like any hosted platform it needs an active account to stay live. If you ever leave, you keep your domain and I'll help you export your content and contacts.

How much does it cost?

The build is quoted after a 30-minute call, because a five-page site and a site with booking, payments, and several service pages are different jobs. The monthly care plan is quoted at the same time, so you see the full cost upfront.

How long does a build take?

Most builds take a few weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest factor is how quickly content and approvals come back from your side.

Do you write the copy?

Yes. Page copy is written from a short intake and a strategy call, so the site explains what you do in your buyer's language. You review and approve everything before launch.

Can you rebuild my existing website?

Yes. Most builds are rebuilds. I'll keep what's working, move your content over, and set up redirects so you don't lose the search ranking you already have.
