Is this for the owner or the team member?
Both, in different roles. A team member (a marketing coordinator, comms lead, admin, or intake person) does the weekly implementation. The owner acts as sponsor: they join a 30-minute kickoff in week 1 and a 30-minute final review in week 8, and they make the decisions the implementer can't make alone.
Do we need a CRM?
No. Week 5 sets up a simple lead pipeline with clear ownership rules, and it can live in a spreadsheet. If you already have a CRM, we build it there instead.
Will you run our LinkedIn ads?
No. In week 7 your team learns to set up and run LinkedIn ads that support this funnel. Your team builds the campaigns, and I review them before launch. If you'd rather hand ads off entirely, that's a separate engagement.
How much time does this take?
Plan for 2 to 4 hours a week for 8 weeks from the implementer, including the weekly 90-minute live build session. The owner's time is two 30-minute touchpoints plus quick decisions along the way.
What if we already post on LinkedIn?
Good. You'll move faster. Most teams that post consistently are still missing the parts that turn attention into calls: a clear offer, an application path, follow-up, and tracking. That's what this program installs.
What if our industry is “boring”?
Buyers in so-called boring industries still have problems, questions, and deadlines. Content that answers those plainly is what earns calls. Clear and specific beats clever.
