Marketing Projects for B2B and High-Ticket Service Businesses | Jameela Ghann, CM

Projects for B2B and high-ticket service businesses

Defined projects, done properly, with an end date.

For founders and small teams who can't do this themselves and would rather invest once than keep patching. Every project has a written scope, a fixed price, and a handover, so you know how to run it afterward.

What I take on

Pick the part that's slowing you down.

Most clients start with one of these. Some combine two, like a website plus tracking, or ads plus a tech stack cleanup.

A website built on GoHighLevel

A clear, fast site with your forms, booking, CRM, and follow-up emails already connected, so new inquiries don't sit in an inbox.

Tracking and reporting setup

GTM, GA4, and your other reporting tools installed, linked, and tested, so you can see where inquiries actually come from.

Marketing tech stack cleanup

Fewer tools, connected properly. Forms, email, CRM, scheduling, and automations that work together instead of in parallel.

Email audit

What's sending, what's landing, what's broken, and what to fix first, with a ranked list you can act on.

Paid ads management

Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft campaigns with tracking set up first and reporting tied to leads, not clicks.

How a project runs

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. STEP 1

    Scoping call

30 minutes on what's broken, what you've tried, and what done looks like.

  2. STEP 2

    Written scope

A fixed price, a timeline, and exactly what's included. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. STEP 3

    The build

Short check-ins as the work moves, so decisions don't pile up at the end.

  4. STEP 4

    Handover

A walkthrough, written notes, and all the logins, so your team can run it or hand it back to me.

Growing past 20 people?

A retainer might fit better.

If you have several vendors, a growing team creating content, and a brand that's starting to drift, a monthly retainer puts one senior person in charge of keeping it together.

Fit

Projects work best when the sale depends on trust.

This is a fit if:

  • You're a B2B company where each client is worth $10,000 or more, or a high-ticket service business with average sales of $1,500 or more.
  • You know what's broken, or you know something is and want it found.
  • You can't do it yourself and would rather pay once to have it done properly.
  • Someone on your side can approve work and answer questions quickly.

This is not a fit if:

  • You sell low-cost products where volume matters more than relationships.
  • You want hourly help with no defined outcome.
  • You're still deciding what the business sells or who it's for.
  • You want the cheapest option for each piece.

Questions

Before you reach out.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is quoted after a short scoping call, because a tracking setup and a full website are very different jobs. You get a written scope with a fixed price and timeline before any work starts.

Do you offer hourly consulting?

No. Work is scoped as a project or a monthly retainer, so you know the cost upfront and there's a clear finish line.

What happens when the project is done?

You get a walkthrough and written notes so your team can run it. If you'd rather hand it off completely, most projects can roll into a monthly care plan or a retainer.

Who actually does the work?

I lead every project and do most of it myself. For design, development, or technical setup outside my lane, I bring in vetted specialists and manage them, so you still have one point of contact.

Do you work outside Calgary?

Yes. I'm based in Calgary and work with clients across Canada, the USA, MENA, and Europe. Everything runs remotely unless an event or shoot needs someone on site.

Pricing

Every project is quoted after a short call.

Tell me what you need and what's in the way. I'll come back with a written scope and a fixed price.
