Is this for the owner or the team member?

Both. The team member implements. The owner sponsors key decisions. That’s why it works.

Do we need a CRM?

No. We set up a lead handling system that can works without a CRM and becomes CRM-ready if you add one later. I have recommended plug-and-play systems on my preferred CRM that I will use during the training.

Will you run our LinkedIn ads?

No. Your team will run them. We provide the framework, templates, and review your setup so you can launch confidently and manage it week to week. My team and I provide paid ads management, but this is outside the scope of this engagement.

How much time does this take?

Plan for 2 to 4 hours per week for the implementer. Leadership time is minimal (two 30-minute touchpoints).
